I’m all about creating an authentic and joyful movement routine and in this episode of Unapologetically Wild, I challenge the traditional focus on scientifically backed workout programs and instead advocate for movement that feels good and is sustainable in the long run. With my unique perspective as a women’s empowerment coach and military physical trainer, I explore the idea that while strength training offers incredible health benefits, it should always serve your joy and fit your lifestyle preferences. My goal is to shed light on the assumptions we make about fitness and encourage a mindset shift toward self-love and trusting the inner wisdom of our bodies.
